This isn’t about a photo session, or even the pictures, it’s about You. Forget about posing and feeling stiff in front of the camera. Imagine going on a walk with an old friend, who just happens to have a camera with them. My process is free and flowing, and my only goal is to capture you mama, just as you are, with the tiny lives you created..

Once you’ve made up your mind, complete the form, and I will be getting back to you with dates as soon as possible.

Pre-shoot discussion
So everyone feels comfortable and accustomed to each other, we’ll have a call or whatsapp chat to discuss styling and shoot strategy.

Our session together
The big day! We’ll meet, talk, connect, and get to know each other. Depending on what type of session you have booked we will either get cosy at home or head out on a walk together. We will chat and play and interact with the kids. You will be yourselves and enjoy your time with each other. I will offer prompts along the way so you will never feel like you don't know what to do.

Delivering photos
In a few weeks, you will receive your gallery. Here you can decide which package you would like. 3 images with the session price or would you like to add on 5 more for an extra £100 or the entire gallery for an extra £200. I will then edit your choices to my high standard and return them for you to download and if you would like you can choose to print them straight from your galleries.
This is my first photoshoot, what should I know?
That you are perfect just the way you are and you deserve to be in the photo.
I have a very relaxed shooting style and will never make you feel uncomfortable. We will laugh, be silly, try different things and capture all the memories. The most beautiful images are made in the inbetween moments, so relax, have fun and be who you are with your babies. It's my job to capture you and create art and I will, so you don't need to ever worry about 'THE shot'. Plus I will always offer prompts here and there when you don't know what to do. I've got you mama.
What should I wear?
As an ex-fashion photographer I truly believe the textures of clothes can really bring a shoot to life. I love layers and fabrics. In winter, think beautiful oversized wool coats, knits over shirts, long sleeves, tailored cuffs, loose jeans, thick socks, boots, hats and big scarves. In summer, anything goes, the more skin the better in my opinion so bare skin, flowing fabrics, no shoes. - let's discuss it all. If we are shooting outdoors I suggest earthy natural tones are best. Brown, white, beige, rusts, dark greens, dark blues, mustards etc. At home it pays to stay tonal with your environment. Underwear should be neutral, nothing overtly 'sexy'.
If we are shooting maternity or breastfeeding you may consider nude, semi nude, a beautiful flowing dress, wrapping yourself in sheer fabric or a robe. But we will discuss all this in our call before the session.
How many pictures will I receive?
Between 45 and 100.
Are you available outside of Kent and London?
Yes I am. If you live outside these area's I will always travel to you but there will be a discretionary £45 travel charge.
Do you do other types of photography?
I have 17 years experience in the photographic industry. For 16 of those I specialised in fashion, product and lifestyle photography with a fair few weddings thrown into the mix. So yes I might, just get in touch and let's chat.
I have booked you for a shoot, what advice can you give me?
Whether at home or out on a photo walk, the best way to encourage natural, fun, sweet, playful pictures is to have a good time. If you as parents are having a good time and not worrying about 'the' shot neither will they.
I want to do an at home shoot but I don't think my place is photogenic. What should I do??
You would be surprised at what we can create together with a little window light and the want to create beautiful art. With some material, and the right styling we can make magic happen anywhere. Alternatively Margate offers some beautiful air bnb's if you fancy a weekend holiday by the sea you can always book in here and I will come to photograph you in your holiday home. What gorgeous memories?!
